I have been restoring vintage dirt bikes for about 4 years now, and this is one of my favorites.

The bike was running, but barely. Stripped it down, and went ground up (again).

Rims were cleaned semi polished and re-anodized to match original, spokes (clear) and nipples (gold) were re-zinced. Hubs and brake plates powder coated as everything on the bike that is black. New brakes, bearings, etc. Forks rebuilt.

The frame was powder coated as well as everything red. Tank is a base-coat clear-coat system.

Motor completely gone through by Stowes Cycle of Woodland, CA. Many thanks to Tim and Tim Sr. over there. Dan over at RE-MX.com has a huge part in this bike and all my Hondas, many thanks to them.

Plastics from VMXracing.com, Peter is a real help with my Hondas. New seat cover and foam. All nuts, bolts, springs, stays, etc. are reconditioned 1976 Honda.

This bike is as close to original as I think I can get. Including the rock guard mounted on the frame in front of the motor. There's not to many people that know they were an original item.
