Post subject:  Countershaft Sprockets

I'm still using the original style countershaft sprocket with the plate that holds the sprocket on and two bolts that hold the plate on. I'm soon to need a new one but the ones that come from Sprocket Specialties are the newer style that use the circlip to hold it on. Has anybody used this style on a 73-74 CR250? Thoughts?

TIA,

Loren

I have a sprocket specialties counter on my CR250 1973 clip style and it works real well.

Easy to install..no problems.

I'm getting my 74 CR250M out of moth balls, and I noticed I need to replace the front sprocket, (several teeth are missing) Where can I get a replacement. Also I would like to drop a tooth or two in size. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
